Our process
The development of the project is carried out under the Dual-Track Scrum methodology. That is, there are "two teams" that work with a Sprint out of phase.
Each Sprint begins with a short video conference meeting with the customer team to confirm the priority board (Sprint Backlog).
Once finished the Sprint, the customer must validate and test the deliver. The deadline for this will be the until the beginning of the next Sprint, moment in which feedback must be delivered and its realization will be scheduled as soon as possible.
